For whatever we lose
(a you or a me)
it’s always ourselves
we find in the sea.

I have lost and loved and won and cried myself to the person I am today.

i can sometimes be a super supportive, understanding, caring friend and at other times i’m that super jealous, insecure, quiet friend.

i’m sad and i don’t know who to talk to without sounding like an insecure whiny jealous friend. i’m too proud at times.

teach themselves
how to bloom after
winter passes,
so can you.
